We’re sure your monthly data allowance covers you most months but every now and again, you may be caught short.

Our Data Boosts can boost your data allowance any time you want. They temporarily increase your monthly data allowance, helping you avoid additional charges*

You can now boost your data any time you want with our range of Data Boost options.

What’s more, if you’re caught short near the end of the month and have already boosted your data, you can add another one (or two) Boosts – you just can’t add the same Boost amount twice in one month!

So, if a 5GB Boost has already been added, you can request a 2GB or 1GB Boost (you can’t have another 5GB). You could even add them together to get a 3GB Boost!

These Terms & Conditions form part of the Customer Guide and are incorporated into the Business Customer Contract between each Customer and Plan Communications Limited (“plan.com”).

These Terms & Conditions form part of the Customer Guide and are incorporated into the Business Customer Contract between each Customer and Plan Communications Limited (“plan.com”).

We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to withdraw or amend any tariff in this Tariff Guide at any time. If we do that, we will do it in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions you have agreed to.

References to Plan in these terms and conditions are to Plan Communications Limited, registered under company number 010273V, with registered offices at No.5 Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2LR.

Allowances, pricing and Charges quoted within this guide are all on a per Connection/per SIM per month basis unless otherwise stated. All pricing stated in these guides are exclusive of VAT.

Description

Our Data Boosts can boost your data allowance any time you want. They temporarily increase your monthly data allowance, helping you avoid additional charges.

Data Boosts can be requested at any time in the month to provide a temporary increase in mobile data allowance. The additional data provided by the Data Boost may be used whilst the Connection is in the UK or Europe Zone.

Price and pro-rating of usage

Neither the price nor the allowances of Data Boosts are pro-rateable, which means that if a Customer purchases a Data Boost part way through a month/billing cycle, Customer will pay full price and receive the full allowance.

Cancel and removal

Once purchased, a Data Boost cannot be cancelled or removed.

Limitations

Data Boosts cannot be added to Unlimited Data tariffs, or MBB tariffs of 100GB or above.

Unused usage

Any additional data allowance provided by a Data Boost that is unused at the end of the month will be cancelled and will not roll-over to any subsequent month.

Deactivation

A Data Boost will automatically deactivate at the end of the last day of the calendar month in which it was active, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with us. In which case, a Data Boost will remain active until such a time that the customer requests the Data Boost be deactivated.

Additional charges

A Customer will incur Additional Charges where calls, texts or data usage (as applicable) within a day/month/billing period exceeds both (i) the relevant allowance included within the Inclusive Allowance of the Customer’s Tariff and (ii) the additional allowance provided by any Bolt-On or Data Boost that has been applied.
